What is Nutrigenetics?

Nutrigenetics , also defined as genetic nutrition, is the study of determining and analyzing the genetic structures of foods and the compatibility of the person with these foods. Basically, it is a science that enables the determination of consumption habits by detecting diseases caused by food. Due to genetic differences, the effect of each food may differ in each individual. While these differences are beneficial for some, they may be less beneficial and sometimes more harmful for others.
